1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between baee ("baee", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the player", "the user") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the baee online betting and casino platform available at baee.io and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By completing the registration process, logging into an existing account, or using any service offered through the baee platform, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with baee's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and baee.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the baee platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. baee enforces a strict 21+ policy in compliance with its responsible gaming obligations. Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not expressly prohibited by local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual, natural person, and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any corporate entity or third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with baee or any other gambling operator participating in a shared exclusion programme.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, consultant, contractor, or agent of baee, or an immediate family member of any such person.

baee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the registration or verification process. Where baee has reasonable grounds to believe that an account is held by a person under the age of 21, or that the account holder does not satisfy the eligibility criteria set out above, baee will suspend the account pending investigation and may close the account permanently. Any funds in a closed ineligible account will be handled in accordance with applicable law and baee's internal compliance procedures.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the baee platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where baee identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Bangladesh mobile number associated with your payment method of choice (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). You agree to promptly update your account information in the event that any registered details change. baee accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

baee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process and may, at any time and at its sole discretion, request that you provide identity verification documents including but not limited to: a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification; proof of residential address; and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe specified by baee may result in account suspension or closure.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your baee Login username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. baee will never contact you by any means — including email, SMS, telephone, or social media — to request your password. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify baee immediately at [email protected]. baee accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

baee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). baee does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as published on the baee platform at the time of the transaction and are subject to change at baee's discretion. Players are responsible for checking current transaction limits before initiating a deposit or withdrawal.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to the player's baee wallet instantly upon confirmation of the mobile financial service transaction. Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected in the player's account balance. baee is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment service provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission during normal operating hours. baee reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account, subject to method availability. baee does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

4.5 Responsible Use of Funds

Players are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited into their baee account are from legitimate sources and represent funds they can genuinely afford to risk. baee does not accept deposits from players who indicate they are in financial distress. If you feel that your gambling is causing financial harm, please contact our support team or use the self-exclusion tools available in your account settings.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the baee platform are subject to baee's betting rules as published on the platform at the time of placement. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules for the market, event, and product in question. baee reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) it was placed in error due to a technical fault; (b) the odds displayed were manifestly incorrect; (c) the event outcome was known at the time of placement; or (d) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.

5.2 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets — including ball-by-ball cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to additional rules specific to in-play wagering. Odds on in-play markets fluctuate in real time based on match events. baee accepts no liability for delays in odds transmission caused by network latency or third-party data providers. In-play markets may be suspended at any time without prior notice at baee's discretion.

5.3 Maximum Winnings

baee applies maximum single-event and daily payout limits which are published on the platform. Where a winning bet or combination of winning bets would result in a payout exceeding the applicable maximum, baee will pay the maximum limit and the excess will not be honoured. Players are advised to review current payout limits before placing large stakes.

5.4 Dispute Resolution for Bets

Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet must be submitted to the baee support team at [email protected] within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant event concluding. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. baee's decision on all bet settlement matters is final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 13.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

baee may, at its discretion, offer promotional bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, eligible games or markets, validity periods, and withdrawal conditions. General bonus terms apply to all promotions unless superseded by promotion-specific terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's account may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Wagering requirements specify the total amount of real-money bets that must be placed on eligible markets before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated explicitly in the promotion terms at the time of offer.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

baee actively monitors bonus usage for patterns that indicate abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets on both outcomes of an event to guarantee a risk-free outcome using bonus funds; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; employing automated betting software in conjunction with bonus offers; or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, baee reserves the right to void the relevant bonuses and any winnings derived from them, and to suspend or terminate the associated account.

6.4 Modification and Cancellation

baee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in or met the participation criteria, baee will use reasonable efforts to honour the benefit already earned up to the date of cancellation. Players will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions via the contact details registered on their account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the baee platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account credentials.
• Participating in, facilitating, or having knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of the outcome of any sporting event or casino game.
• Using automated bots, scripts, algorithms, or any software designed to place bets, generate strategies, or interact with the platform in any automated manner.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the baee platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the baee platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Sharing or selling baee account access, login credentials, or account balances with third parties.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited under local law.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive communication with baee staff or other platform users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the baee platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, page layouts, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the proprietary property of baee or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the baee platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform; modify or create derivative works based on platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform; or use any data mining, scraping, or extraction tools on the platform.

The baee name, logo, and all associated trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the exclusive property of baee. Unauthorised use of any baee trademark in connection with any product, service, or domain is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy & Data

baee collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at baee.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the baee platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

baee implements SSL encryption and 256-bit security standards across all data transmissions on the platform. Player account passwords are stored using industry-standard cryptographic hashing and are never accessible in plain text by baee staff or systems. baee does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

baee may disclose personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial intelligence units where required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive. Players will be notified of any such disclosure to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baee's total liability to any player — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

baee shall not be liable, in any circumstances, for any of the following types of loss or damage, even if baee was advised of their possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill.
• Loss of or corruption of data or information.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or market data.
• Any loss or damage arising from platform unavailability, technical faults, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond baee's reasonable control.

The baee platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. baee makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any content, odds, or information displayed on the platform.

11. Responsible Gaming

baee is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as a form of adult entertainment and should never be viewed as a means to generate income or to recover financial losses.

baee provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, available directly within account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your baee account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily pause your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).

Your continued use of the baee platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting [email protected].

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which baee operates.

In the event of a dispute between you and baee, you agree to first contact the baee support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. baee will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days. The support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of the dispute being formally raised with the baee support team, the parties agree that the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. The language of any arbitration proceedings shall be English.
